Star Dillard
President & CEO/CFO

 

Star holds Master of Accountancy and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Louisville. She began at CEPEDA in 1999 and assumed her current position in 2009. Star is dedicated to providing a quality product, manufactured to customer specifications, with on-time delivery to CEPEDA's customers. She is supported by CEPEDA's experienced management team and highly-skilled craftsmen.

 

Kevin Wilson
Vice-President

 

Kevin has been with CEPEDA for nearly 35 years. His experience in fabrication and welding, testing, field service, customer service, and company ownership gives him unparalleled insight into CEPEDA’s products and applications.

 

Keith Hill, AWS CWE/AWS CWI
Quality Assurance Manager/Auditor

 

Keith has been with CEPEDA since 2016. He is an AWS Certified Welding Inspector and Certified Welding Educator with over 18 years' experience auditing quality systems. He has been in the steel fabrication industry for 29 years, 20 of those years in quality management, and 8 years in operation/plant management. He has strong team building and employee empowerment skills and has extensive knowledge and background in various quality systems with over 12 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and 5S methodology.

 

Bill Poole, PE
Level I Program Manager, IT Manager

 

Bill holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees from the University of Louisville, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and has nearly 20 years' experience in information technology. Bill’s engineering background and experience in manufacturing, testing, and upgrading air filtration and high-pressure air systems used onboard U.S. Navy submarines made him the perfect fit to head CEPEDA's Level I material program. During his tenure at CEPEDA, Bill has also served in the roles of Engineering Manager (4 years), Quality Manager (6 years), and IT Manager (2000 to present).

 

Eric Taylor, PE
Engineering Manager

 

Eric holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees from the University of Louisville and is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 18 years’ experience designing, building, and testing equipment that has endured the extremes of both U.S. Navy submarines and orbital flight aboard the Space Shuttle Endeavor. For 12 years at CEPEDA he has managed contracts for design upgrades and manufacturing. In addition to managing projects, Eric has responsibility for design improvements and verification testing including the development of appropriate test equipment.

 

Jamie Lyczak
Field Service Manager

 

Jamie served as a Machinist Mate in the U.S. Navy submarine fleet. He gained 10 years' experience on the operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of CO2 scrubbers and CO/H2 burners with the Navy. Jamie was a systems expert selected by Naval Sea Systems Command for naval nuclear submarine auxiliary equipment for the Performance Monitoring Team (PMT) in Norfolk, VA. Since he began with CEPEDA in 2002, his Navy experience and firsthand knowledge of CEPEDA’s equipment have been invaluable.

 

Tiffany Beauchamp
Spare Parts Manager

 

Tiffany has been with CEPEDA since 2000 and has served in her current position since 2002. She is dedicated to providing customers with competitive pricing and prompt, friendly service.
